Before starting with Icelantic in August 2004 Neil gained qualifications in B.Sc. Computer Support and Network Computing and worked in the telecommunications industry.
Neil heads up the first line support team and co-ordinates Icelantic initial response to client problems. Neil has several years experience at Icelantic in computer & network installation, client problem troubleshooting and emergency/disaster response.
Neil enjoys socializing and Kung Fu when not fixing computers.

Before starting with Icelantic July 2011 Keith worked for Edinburgh University as a Computing Support Officer for two years and recently graduated from Edinburgh Napier University.
Keith is a keen IT person and is always on the hunt for the latest gadgets and strives to improve IT and the way people use IT with professional and speedy manor.
When not fixing computers Keith enjoys volunteering as a scout leader and in various roles within amateur dramatics in and around Edinburgh from stage crew to lighting and sound.
