We are recruiting enthusiastic, motivated IT Support Technicians to join our successful team. This is a fast-paced team, and you should be used to dealing with multiple end-users and varying priorities daily.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary based on proven track record, experience, and technical competence. The salary scales listed above are indicative, but we invite applications outside this range to be considered on merit.

We place a high value on active staff mentoring and development, and on ensuring all team members have a career development path that suits their expectations and abilities.

Your role will involve assisting the support desk with answering calls and live chats, entering ticket notes accurately, resolving technical IT issues, dealing with client problems, ensuring relevant tickets are escalated, and creatively delivering excellent service to our varied client base.

The skill set is primarily around the Microsoft ecosystem, both locally on desktops and servers, as well as within the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment. You should be comfortable supporting end-users within at least some of this environment, and have experience in network troubleshooting.

This role would ideally suit someone who has recently successfully completed a Modern Apprenticeship in IT Support, or has at least a year’s relevant work experience in the IT industry, and is now looking to expand into a challenging yet rewarding role within a busy and supportive team. Applicants with prior experience working in an MSP environment preferred.

You will need to be hard-working, have strong attention to detail, meet deadlines, be well organized, and have a real interest in technology with proven troubleshooting skills.

This is an office-based role at our Edinburgh City Center office, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We provide 12 “at home” training days a year and 6 charity days as well, for you to work on your personal development. We pride ourselves on providing a flexible, inclusive, and caring working environment.
